The flavors of this tea are malty sweet, with an understated citrus finish. Like all good roasted oolong, the liquor has a mouth-watering effect in the aftertaste. The second and third steep have less roasted flavor and exhibit more fruitiness. We definitely recommend steeping at least twice to bring out the complexity of this tea.
