This tea was grown in Nantou county, Taiwan. The elevation of the garden is 1,400 meters above sea level, well above the requirement to qualify as a true high mountain tea, “gaoshan cha”. The notes are predominantly floral with a slightly vegetal taper. The subtle flavor is definitely best enjoyed alone or as an after-meal beverage.
