Roasted Oolong

The mark of a good roasted oolong is evident long before the first taste.  While the hue is deeper, the tea should remain clear and clean.  A hint of flowers or peachy sweetness should be detectable through the toasted nose.  Finally, the palate should be complex with a spectrum of flavors, without being overwhelming or bitter.  We’re pleased to announce that all of Mountain Tea’s roasted oolongs make the cut.
