Mountain Tea started in 1977 with a small shop located in Taipei, Taiwan, where the company mastered the art of brewing and serving perfect tea. In 1987, the company planted their first tress in the mountains in Nantou County, Taiwan. Since then, the company has expanded to 2 more tea gardens, all of which are high elevation gardens.
