We are confident that this is an unbeatable price for a hand-picked and hand-rolled high mountain oolong. This tea is grown at 1,300 meters above sea level in Nantou, a famous tea-growing region in Taiwan.
How to sing this tea’s praises? Light-bodied, sweet, more floral than fruity. Brews into an aesthetic pale gold liquor. An excellent tea to sip for your morning cuppa.
Try using three to four grams per 100ml of water at 90-92c. Brew for one minute and serve. Steeps beyond the third should brew for two minutes, lasting up to four steeps or so.
